Here are the areas I divided the gargoyles into:

Beyond Bishops Garden = a long detour round the Bishops Garden, some tied houses (with gargoyles), a castle-like gate house (with gargoyles), and back towards the cathedral along the road past more tied houses (with gargoyles). Most of the gargoyles were too far for the happy snapper camera.
Beyond Lady Chapel = a few cottages / tied houses near the Lady Chapel, amazingly with gargoyles, but too far for the happy snapper camera.
Old Palace = a building just nearby the main door but across the road. It has a couple of jolly impressive gargoyles of its own (luckily I took these first).
